1986 – now  Lecturer in Undergraduate program in the faculty of Psychology, Gadjah Mada University. Started in 2009 deliver Educational Psychology course in English.

1990 – now  Lecturer in Graduate program (Master & Doctorate) in the faculty of Psychology, Gadjah Mada University

1991 – 1993  Teaching Assistant of Jo Ann Farver, Ph.D, Department of Psychology, University of Southern California, Los Angeles, USA in Developmental Psychology.

1996 – 2004  Lecturer in Graduate program,  Faculty of Medicine, Gadjah Mada University.

1999 – now  Lecturer in Magister Manajemen Program at Gadjah Mada University. Organizational Behavior Course that I teach is in English with several students from European countries every semester (Sweden, Norway, The Netherlands, France & Germany).

2001 –   2005  Lecturer in Magister Asuransi Kesehatan (Management of Health Insurance), Faculty of Medicine, UGM.

2009 – 2010  Lecturer in Doctorate program in Cross-Religion and Cross-Cultural Psychology, University of Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta.
